Current non-wallet cancellation policy

Course deposits and full payments processed through Stripe or another payment channel are non-refundable. Opting out after registration does not qualify for a cash refund. If you cancel before completing full payment, the deposit is not retained as credit. If cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the course start date, a full course payment already made may be approved as personal course credit valid for one year. Cancellations within 30 days before the course start date may receive only 50% course credit valid for one year. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, remain subject to availability and price differences, and are valid only after written approval from Swasti Yogashala. Medical emergencies or force majeure may be considered for credit only after supporting documentation and review. Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before registration.

How to request cancellation

Send your request from the email used for enrolment to connect@swastiyoga.com. Include your full name, course, start date and Stripe/payment reference. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive the written request.
