Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun is around 20 km away. Travel time by taxi is approximately 45 minutes. Delhi International Airport is around 243 km away and approximately 6 hours by taxi.
By Train
Haridwar is the nearest major express railway station, around 21 km from Rishikesh, with connections to major Indian cities.
By Road
NH-58 connects Rishikesh with Delhi. Buses operate throughout the day for major North Indian cities; travel from Delhi is usually around 8 hours.
Please plan to arrive by 8 pm. The final approach may involve a short walk and street lighting is limited after dark.

Do I need to prepare in advance in any subject before coming for the course?
Prior knowledge of yoga, meditation or pranayama can support your understanding, but it is not compulsory.
What is the class size in TTC?
We accommodate a maximum of 23 students per batch.
Are there any prerequisites for the 200-hour TTC?
All levels are welcome. Participants should be medically fit. If you have a medical condition, obtain advice from your doctor before attending.
What is the general schedule of the course?
The 200-hour TTC is planned for completion in 21 days. Classes generally run from 6.30 am to 7.30 pm with breaks. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
What certification do I receive once I have completed the course?
We provide a Yoga Alliance USA certificate confirming successful completion of a Yoga Teacher Training course from Swasti Yogashala.
Do I need a visa to attend your courses?
A visa for India is required. Please obtain a tourist visa rather than a student visa.
What is included in the fee?
The fee includes accommodation, three meals every day, study material and all yoga education at the school. Personal expenses are not included.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
No. For security reasons, bookings are non-transferable.
Do you offer non-vegetarian options?
No. We follow the yogic principle of Ahimsa, or non-violence.
What are the school rules regarding smoking, drinking, drugs or arriving late?
Smoking, alcohol and drugs are strongly discouraged. Inform management in advance if you need to return late; the school gate closes at 9 pm.
Can I change my room?
Rooms are not normally changed after allocation. Exceptions may be made for serious circumstances at management's discretion.
